Low side fuel upgrade + larger DI injectors + tune OR Low side fuel upgrade + port injection system? Seems price from what I am finding is similar or within range. Port injection clearly is more moving parts but if goal is around 1000 rwhp on M7 thoughts?

Wouldn't you need a low + high fuel upgrade + cam with increased fuel lobe to allow these to reach 1000+rwhp? Guess I am on the fence of going this path or a Direct Port Injection system which would most likely get me well past 1000rwhp. 1k is my future goal nothing more which is why I am stuck which is the cleanest path. Vengence is close to me and I plan on letting them tune if I went this route. One issue I see is the cam install that's $4-5k alone. Since these flow 30% more assuming that is on stock cam fuel lobe? Curious why GM didn't just use larger injectors on the ZR1? Thanks for your help.

You would need a low side and high side to break 1000hp. This would be the easier then running the secondary set of injectors IMO but maybe a bit more expensive. I was shocked to see GM go with the secondary set of injectors as well. I'm guessing the R&D didn't get the bigger injectors and high side pump ready in time.
