Finally got the pickup tube flange installed. The trick was bending the hanger to fit and hold the rear flange better, then getting a longer 5/16 bolt which you can feed deeper and hold onto better to start the thread.
Finished product.
Using a longer 5/16" bolt to get the thread started better.

Got my Fore FlexLP lines (-8an feed, -6an return) ran up through my torque tube I have hose heat shielding I am going to wrap with and tuck away nicely. Fabricating a bracket now for my fuel pump to mount up in my rear fender well. Finally found a nice spot as there isn't much room. It's moving along!

I relocated my e-brake to fit my fuel pump in so flow was nice with NO 90* bends.
I also squeezed in a trans cooler in there.

Drew I poured a slab having my pole barn built end of the month I couldn't wait to start so I had a temporary enclosure done last couple months just took it down to have my pole barn put up now. So yes that pic my car is on my 2 post lift on a slab :-)

Oh and I fabricated a nice bracket to get my fuel pump in there with no other mods and I am using 90 and 120 degree fittings to make it all work. No bending of hose for sure. It's looking good so far. But was challenging which makes me love it. Fun stuff it's nearly there!! Should be running by end of weekend!!!

Fuel pump bracket fabricated to fit perfectly bolted to frame with stainless bolts in wheel well and it’s even with fender liner. Trying in feed and return line now and wiring up relay from battery and Holley CRFUELER output for ACC.

I will do some homework on it. Being a supplemental pump not my main pump I was sure this would be fine it’s just boosting pressure. Either way thanks Drew always trying to learn and do things better. I can tell you there isn’t many places to mount this HUGE pump. It’s a lot bigger than it looks.

Yeah, that is a big *** pump. That space feels a lot smaller when you're actually trying to mount something in it.. good job on getting it to fit cleanly.

8 gauge power ground from battery wired and soldered to relay. ACC from Holley soldered. Mounted relay and 30 amp fuse block. Ground off main ground point in back of car behind upper control arm. On track to have it running tonight or tomorrow.

Entire secondary fuel system done. Wiring done. Tomorrow will throw in Procharger and intercooler and mount Holley ECU in passenger fender well. Plug in rest of harnesses and fire her up for the first time. Let’s hope tomorrow is a good day! Been a long challenging complex build completely by myself. In fact just about anyone can do this stuff it’s not much to it.

Installed Aeromotive fuel filter in the only spot I can logically service it. It’s semi blocking my brake duct but being a glass half full person it cools the fuel down a bit the way I see it as well as still offering brake cooling.

Holley ECU main power tied to battery (required) and fuel pump constant to battery done. tested by using Holley secondary fuel pump wire temp 12v to fuel pump relay ACC and fuel pump came right on. Now Chris can totally control my fuel pump with the Holley system.
