you need more high side and a lash cap. Then you’ll get more low side. Put a 32% cam in with a lash cap and you’ll be good to get more E85 though it. You can’t just expect that the low side will force more fuel through the bottlenecked highside by just increasing the pressure. Only so much can fit through the high side components which is the issue you are seeing.
