C7 Corvette in 2012?
A magazine currrently on the newsstands....might have been Motor Trend or Car & Driver....has an illustration on the front cover puported to represent the 2012 C7 Corvette. I am just curious as to how accurate this is with respect to the C7 making its debut in 2012. I am not too concerned with the accuracy of the appearance of the car since I know that at this early stage, it is unlikely to be 100% representative of what the car will actually look like.
Anybody have any input on this?

Several threads in the past weeks. Nothing more than rumor or speculation. Anyone that's "telling" doesn't know. Anyone that "knows" isn't telling.

C-7 corvette
Since most of us are beyond the high school " 0-60" game, it's long overdue that Corvette gets more sophisticated with a mid-engined car. While the C-7 is under development, chevrolet has to keep selling the present design to pay the bills. The only thing they can do for now is to keep upping the horsepower to suck in the guys with the 0-60 mentality.
