Here's a look at what Chevrolet is working on. Check them ALL out, and let's hear what you think.

I recall these C7 concept designs have been in the wild for a while now. If the Corvette achieves the numbers purported in the article (in the current political and economic climate) I'll be surprised...pleasantly surprised!
Ridiculously Idiotic Acronym...Rock Island Arsenal or Regulatory/Research Impact Analysis?

If most of that writeup is true, things are looking good ahead.
A 600hp Z06 for $70k - seems too good to be true though.

I'm not sure who RIA is or who funds them, but they don't work for GM or Corvette.
Here's an excerpt I found.
The Revitalization in Action team has given us dream lineups for Pontiac, Saturn, Saab and Buick in the past, and now it is Chevy's turn to be transformed by GMInsideNews members ChevroletRevived and Fbodyrules. As before, the RIA lineup for Chevy includes a makeover of the brand's entire lineup, including new models not yet for sale like the Beat sub-compact and Volt. Also included are a couple of models not even scheduled for production like a mid-size luxury hardtop convertible named the Bel-Air, a sports wagon called the Nomad, a long-wheelbase version of the Malibu called the Caprice, and finally, a Chevelle Concept based on the rear-wheel-drive Zeta platform and positioned as a sort of Impala coupe.

I think the front end looks somewhat like the Lotus design.
If this is what the real C7 will look like, It'll have to grow on me for awhile before I can get excited about it.

Burning Brakes
I like it, but like others said, not enough to run and buy one. I would have to see it in person. It almost looks smaller all around. We'll see! However, that SS would be something to be reckoned with if the story is true.

as for the pics, i would like something a little more edgy instead of just evolutionary.i know porsche has been able to get away with that approach.

Pretty much BS. Who only ups power by 14HP on a next generation model? I think Accord andCamry get moe than that in power increase from generation to generation. 600HP Z06 seems OK. Now 850HP SS at $115K is laughable. They niether have tranny nor drivetrain to handle that power.
