there's no way it will look like that when it is available for sale.

I just looked at the new Motor Trend Mag and they have a picture of the New Corvette 2013. Even if the final product doesn't look like this , I'm sure it will look close . I don't like it . It looks like a cross between the transformers car and the C6 . I like the C6 better than this thing > Its sad for the Corvette world IMO.
The C6 didn't go over big in styling so we needed the C7 to really look great and they ****ED it up ..On a side note the Ferrari F-70 looks insane !!
Why couldnt Corvette get it right this time , Like in 97

I don't give much credit to these car mags that photoshop an existing Corvette (C6) and then alter the image to become the "next generation". I remember seeing photoshops of C5s before the C6 came out. Until GM comes out with their own renditions, it's just publishers trying to move magazines...
I will say that when I first saw the C5 debut, I had a "gotta have it" emotional response. I did not have the same response with the C6. It was more of a "maybe I will trade into one in a few years" response. Now, I would never consider trading my C5 to get a C6, however I would like to maybe add a C6Z to the stable. Unless of course, the C7Z looks better.

These kinds of threads are hilarious...there has to be one in the archives back in 95 when the C5 design came out. Everyone blasted it and now everyone has one

that car looks sick... and not in a good way! if they do head in this direction with the vette the only "newer" vette i would trade up to would be a c6z. chevy needs to rethink that design
