Though it's not a vette, it does have some vette cues built into the design...

Maybe GM can get some ideas about the c7 from this.
Here are some pics I thought showed the vette cues:
(Just take off the prancing horse badges, and it's very vette-like)

Overall I like it, but I don't care for the mirrors on the fenders and the chrome circles in the back glass. Perhaps the C7 can have a panoramic rear view camera that could do away with the need for outside rear view mirrors. No outside mirrors should improve aerodynamics and maybe even shed a couple pounds.

If this was the C7, I would put the money down now and wait 2 years for delivery. That Ferarri is F***ing beautiful.

Really cool design.
And yes, you can see Corvette in it.

It is a Ferrari style design taking clues from the earliest Ferrari GTO. Look at the 3 scallops in front of the hood. Of Course you cannot ignore the prancing horse. The cut-off back end is another clue.
There are a number styling cludes that throwback to the early GTO.

Hopefully they won't look at this guys designs but instead come up with some original ideas of their own. I remember how original and different the C3 was when it came out. This car looks like a hodge podge of other cars.

Build it and I WILL buy it. I especially like the rear end. It's a beautiful but practical design. GM could make a Vette with that shape that has plenty of interior and cargo space, yet is smaller and lighter. I would work on the front end a little though.

IMO GM already have some original ideas of their own ... It's called the Stingray concept ... But I seem to be one of the few here on the forum loving it ...

The 612 GTO designer is actually working on the next Lamborghini in his day job so GM needs to stop wasting time...

You're right. Nobody likes it. Stingray concept is absolute trash. I will not buy anything that looks even remotely like that joke of a concept.
