When is the last Year for the C6?
I thought the C7 was coming out at the next bash in 2012 April?? A dealer told me the C7 was not coming out until 2014, production starting in 2013 April? Is this correct?

I worked for a company that had an "engineering bay" for all future cars and prototypes. You were not allowed to go in there, not even execs, not even the board members... it was basically only if you work on the projects. The mail would be dropped in a drop box and no maintenance are allowed in either, each bay had drop doors that they can lock in the event that they do need to get things like electrical work done, etc. I was not allowed in either... they were really strict.
So I totally agree with you there.
As for the last year of the C6? The last year will be the year before the C7 is released

Nooo right now GM is calling C7 a 2014 model....it could be later however. The last C6 model year should be 2013 with im sure a sixtieth anniversary edition to help bolster sales.

I graduated the GM ASEP program back in 1995 which is there factory
technicican training program, we got to go tour GM headquarters, design center, Flint V8 plant , hydramatic etc...
Well we stumbled upon the Corvette project, the very 1st running and driveable pilot car was being hand built right there in front of us, soooo cool to see it....
So with that , I would think they are already assembling C7 pilots right about now....
