Will C7 be in next Detroit Auto show?
If I've read correctly, C7 is slated as 2014MY. Does it mean we should or will see the C7 a year from now in Intentional Autoshow?

Drifting
Here is my take; Corvettes are mainly purchased out of emotion (buyers want the car, don't need it). To show the C7 earlier than later means many of the people that might buy a C6 between now & when it is released may opt to wait & buy the C7 if they see it 2 years before production hurting current sales.

Two years before production? They show the '14 model at the Detroit show in January of '13. It goes into production in July or August of '13 as a '14 model. Sounds like 7-8 months to me. The C6 will have been totally played out by then...probably another paint and stripes 60th anniversary model as a swan song. Sales numbers of the '13 will be of little significance.
@Zland;
What do you mean two years. Jan 2013 is only a few months before production/showroom of the car. Next Detroit show is GM's biggest time to beat the drum on C7.
So, C6 has another 18 months purchase life.

For those of you haven't seen it GM has released the 2013 models and the 60th Anniversary Model specs - Basically it's a Paint and Stripe (Artic White with Carlisle Blue) GrandSport Convertible with a 427 Z06 Motor. Sounds like a helluva car to me.
Also GM has released the timeline for the 2013 production year and it states that Bowling Green will shut down production of the '13 models in February of 2013 to begin the retool for the C7.
My thinking is there will be a C7 Corvette unveiled at NAIAS in Detroit next year. And a pre production version on the ground at the NCM Bash in April.

Information Regarding 2013 Corvette Model Run
The 2013 model run is scheduled to start production in May 2012. New model year Corvettes usually don’t start production until the last week or so of June so this signifies a move up in production.
The 2013 model run is the final model run for the C6 Corvette. This means for many customers, the 2013 model run will be the last opportunity to purchase the current Corvette models, including Grand Sport, Z06 and ZR1 In addition, the 2013 model run marks the 60th Anniversary of this Great American Sports Car. GM will be sending us information about the exciting changes for the 2013 Corvette and we will be sharing it with you in the coming weeks.
The 2013 Corvette production period is expected to run for approximately nine months with production to end sometime around February 2013. This does not mean that the C7 Corvette will be out early. The next model run will NOT immediately follow the end of the 2013 model run since the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, KY will need a few months to retool the assembly lines for production of the 7th Generation Corvette.
