Credit to Jalopnik for 1st C7 Pics!
Seeing the C7 spy photos yesterday was thrilling for sure, we love our Corvette and wonder what great things are next.
When Jalopnik posting their renderings many had doubted they even saw the car.....
The wheels alone speak volumes to their post back in November.
BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the biggest upsets in Corvette history. This model run is going to exist for next 8 years? It is passe [ dated] now. Guess who is going to make money? SuperVettes! I'm buying their newest kit and not changing cars.

Do not care. Car looks lame, and guy that wrote the articles has the integrity and professionalisim of a 3 year old. Posts an incredibly out there story and about how they are going to post pictures cause they were allowed to see it, then posts an ugly picture, then says GM isssues "weak *** denial" and how everyone will see he's right, then starts off article yesterday saying "for those that doubted Jalopnik(he may have even said himself) we know it wont happen again."
You can even save the world if you want, but if your a ********, your still just a ******** that saved the world.

The spy shots are great. But, the 6 million dollar question is what has GM done to improve the interior???????? To me, that will be the biggest determination as to how successful the C7 is to the corvette community.

I agree 100%. The interior for today's expectations, have been very poor. I'm fine with the exterior design, but the interior is where I'll make up my mind. Either C7 or NSX.

This "revolutionary" car was supposed to be the C7 but the bankruptcy pushed back it's development.
C7 = C2 as far as lifespan is concerned.

Model run should last at most 5 years. It's only being used to fill in the gap between the current generation and the all new, "revolutionary" C8.

But how does it make sense to build a less than awe inspiring car for such a short run?
Yeah sure it will be cheaper to develop and build, but what good does that do if they don't sell? Seems to me that if it's planned to be a short run, then why not go bold with it's looks as a way of "test marketing" something new?
Not to mention. Does what the car "looks like" really have that much impact on the cost of production?
