Help! Anyone know Borla X-pipe bolt size?

Default Help! Anyone know Borla X-pipe bolt size?

Acquired used Borla x-pipe 60547 without front flange bolts. Anyone happen to know size and length required?

Most just reuse the factory bolts when you swap them out.

The factory bolts are studs that thread into the x-pipe flange. The Borla x-pipe is not threaded to receive the factory studs which are 10MM. The Borla instructions say to use the bolts provided. None were provided . If they were, they would have to be 8mm to pass thru the Borla flange holes. This seems way to weak. I am trying to drill Borla's flange holes larger to allow use of 10mm bolts. The flanges are work hardened from welding. I've used up 5 drill bits so far and I off to try to find solid carbide bits ( on Saturday?). Good luck to me. By the way, the bolt length required is 3 inches.

Correction: 3" too long. Could not tighten. Ran in threads and had to add washers. 2.5" will work better.
