Or they'd do what they did with all of the other emblems: plastic with chrome and paint.

But the car would have to follow some of the stingray's design to wear it.

Nope. It will be plastic, just like the car.

I got to go with this one too. Keeps tradition yet gets a little more edge and drama which is what I expect the car to do in its final version.
Nice.

For sure. And that's not a bad thing.

It's on the Jalopnik render (not C&D). On the butt, actually. If you don't pay attention it looks like the C6, but on the other hand it's also a true crossflag like the C5, without the ellipse. If something is subject to change, that must be it, of course.

So cool that if they made it out of titanium, it probably would get ripped off like a Rolls Royce's hood ornament! Still, they would have to make a Stingray model to make it work...hmmm

If the C7 is like the J pics and they put on the stingray logo then to me its a poser. Got to have some aspects of the old stingray to use it.

GM is not planning on using the "Stingray" emblem. There has never been a Corvette that didn't sport cross-flags

The crossed flags logo is in Corvette's DNA . . .

That emblem looks pretty sweet. Almost looks like you could turn it one way or the other and take it off.

I would add some punk would also pry it off the car because of the beautifull design.
