Yes....Tom Peters designed the Aztek, which he has been crucified for, ad nauseum. The reality is if you look at Peters original drawings of the Aztek verses what the "commitee think" of GM during that era ended up building, it is NIGHT and DAY. That period is probably the darkest in GM's illustrious history of having dark periods. Don't forget that this is the SAME GM that was ready to kill the Corvette during this time, and the C5 was, quite literally, developed under dark of night and in the shadows. To blame Peters for the Aztek is incorrect, blame all the needled**ks that were running GM into the ground at the time (and very nearly succeded).
Nobody here knows squat about who it is. Peters was the Lead Designer for the C6 but, as I posted here a while ago, some of the key C6 preliminary drawings were done by Sang Yup Lee in 2000...

Very interesting! There's the intake scoop of the GS/Z06 and the side cove molding of the ZR1 in there . . . All back in 2000 . . . Great post.
