So where is Jalopnik NOW?
With all of the speculation based on their 3 'renderings', why is it we haven't seen any more images from Jalopnik showing more details? They supposedly saw the base and ZR1 "sheetmetal" but we have only ever seen the ZR1 version.
Maybe GM got on their case and made them cease and desist. Whatever the reason, I'm calling on them to toss us a few different/closer angles of the rear, hatch, front. I mean, we here on CF have kept their name flying around the internet for many months now. C'mon guys!!

They shot their wad. They're not paying for any more photos just to be lost in the fog of everyone showing slightly different angles of the same few cars. Not when their initial November splash is still on the first page of results for "c7 corvette" searches, and not when we keep calling it the Jalopnik Corvette

We look at everything, and appreciate the support and skepticism.
That was Ray Wert's operation. He is a magician. From my understanding and from talking to people the taillights in the render are remarkably close to what they're doing. They may tweak a few details, but I've yet to hear anyone (off the record) contradict anything other than extremely minor angular issues.
Obviously, what we were showing was the ZR1, so there's going to be some trim difference when the base Corvette appears.
I'm working on something special re: Renders that I hope to have out before the LA Auto Show.
Omega's lawyers are pulling some CYA and I don't hold it against them. It's their job. Telling the truth is our job.

what I still do not understand is why they promoted the Trinity car on their website. There are many detail differences between the C7 they leaked and the Trinity C7...???
Doesn't make sense to me...

Totally sensational, I mean any other car blog would never break a story if they had renders of the new super secret corvette. Also, Ferraris catching on fire is hilarious.

If C&D, R&T, or any car mag/blog had what Jalopnik had, they'd would be ALL over it. Why do you think all of these other guys are showing new spy pics??

The Jalopy crew are not enthusiasts. They are sensationalists with an underlayment of car related stuff. If they cared about accuracy they would not have put their put their stamp on the Trinity video.

It sure seems to me that they cared a ton about accuracy, at least in the case of the C7 anyway.

what more can they put out. its the front side and back. You can
tell how accurate they are just by looking at all the camo pics.
Stretched so tight on some areas can tell the exact details as there
photos. As far as inside what can they put out, only room for
a dash and 2 seats in the things. Not allot of room to work with.
You know more have what it looks like, they are busy making
plastic conversion pieces now so your C6 will look close to it

Jalopnik could care less how much traffic is generated at their site. What Jalopnik love most is being right. On the rare occasion I venture to their site, I am suffocated by the arrogance which bleeds from every pore of their writing.
