Rumor mill....C7 at Rick Hendrick Atlanta
I was having breakfest with some friends this morning when a guy walks in the restaurant (it's a small place) and asks, "Whose Vette is that outside?" So I raise my hand. We start talking about Corvettes and he says he has three (C2 C4 C5) and got a letter from the Hendrick dearership here in Atlanta wanting to know if he wants to buy a new C7. The letter included a PICTURE for the C7 he says. I told him it's probably a RENDERING instead because the release isn't until the 13th. He says no it's a PHOTOGRAPH and the letter said that the dealership already had a C7 on site and he could come take a look at it. Sounds kinda fishy to me but stranger things have happened. Maybe someone closer to Hendricks can follow up. I'm almost an hour away.

Hi Adam, Not to hijack, but speaking of mailers, have you found out anything about the mailer issue I pm'd you about? I actually received 2 more mailers about 3 weeks ago with same dealership offer. Just let me know. Thank you.

Sounds like someone from a corvette club. Some of those people are
so silly. The BS is knee deep. They drag there wives along and nothing
but one ups-manships. The true car guys, hang to themselves, the
nouveau-owner strut around and wives try to make the club a sorority
party.
Never joined one after going to a couple of meets with a friend. He gave
me a heads up that was fun to watch them.
Good bet they know someone who will let them drive it before intro or
put on the dealers floor

Actually if a mob of people were to suddenly come through your doors looking for a C7 all you have to do is put on your game face and i bet you could get a few deposits and maybe even a sale or two from heavily discounted existing C6 inventory. Remember the glass is always half full!
