I have to say that I like what I've seen so far!

Granted, it was just a video, but being able to see it with the camera moving around it, picking up the light, and catching different contours brought it to life.

As they say, the picture (and renderings) didn't do it justice.

I still want to see it in person, but this was live enough for me to know that I kind of like it - I'm not totally in love yet - but it caught my eye, and it's worth another look. A long, lingering look at that.

Can't wait to digest all of the specs, sit in it, push all the buttons, turn all the *****, kick the tires, and slam the doors.

Good job, GM. I was bracing for the possibility that I'd totally hate it.

Now, let's see the vert!!

Thanks for the link, I watched the unveiling. Really like the new car, very nice. The engine sounds great and the 7 speed manual with rev matching sounds very cool. However, does this mean that the first cars will not have an auto? I had heard rumors of dual clutch autos, but you know they would have mentioned that if it were available now.

Well, now that the video feed is all done I can say I like it. I'm not too crazy about the back end, (like some of the other posts). I think Lingenfelter will make a mint selling redesigned back ends for the C7.

Saw the reveal. Nice! Can't wait for more details. 7speed rev matching, 99lbs lighter, 5 suspension drive modes and on and on....it looks sick!

After seeing the reveal, I say it looks better in red than the mag pics, even the back end.. Red top half and the gray bottom break up the busy look a bit.. Wife looked at the back end and said tail lights look a little like Camaro but not bad, and overall she thought it looked a little like a lotus. I looked up some and it does look a bit like the Evora.

I think it looks pretty cool. Reminiscent of an early C3. I like that shade of red. I don't have a red one .
