Default Design that doesn't look back...

"Signature four-element taillamps bear a new angular shape and recede elegantly into the three-dimensional sculpted lenses. Concealed indirect LED lamps cast light into a reverse reflector to achieve crisp and even luminescence. A high-mounted stoplamp crowns the rear decklid.

Design that doesn't look back."

Anyone seen a picture/video of the reverse lights, or the turn signals illuminated? I'm wondering if they incorporated amber signals into the center portion for European duty so as not to have a separate assembly for export models. With LED's I'm sure they could make the center area "dual purpose".

I actually really like the tail lights. One of the best features of the rear of the car. Look like nothing I've seen before on any car. Not sure about the "mascara" or black lower half yet..going to see in person tomorrow!!

The turn signals are amber.

I really like 'em! I think they integrate well with the overall design of the C7. I'm a fan!

I'm liking this baby more everyday. I may even forgive them for the 3 overdrive gears.
I feel this thing is really going to perform on the track. I'll say equal or close to a Z06. Can't wait.

I really like them, but how are they going to be to keep clean? Hopefully, GM has the aerodynamics tuned in the rear to eliminate the "dirty butt syndrome" we have with the C6. Wishful thinking, I'm sure.

Bottom line: Tail lights are cool.
There are other more pressing issues in the rear to contended with than these tail lights.

Those clear lines look like they may feature lenticular technology, going with the overall decade feel.

I've got to admit that the tail lights turned me off a LOT at first..........the longer I look at them though they ARE growing on me. It took seeing them lit up on the Today show, and then seeing the detail they have to BEGIN to change my mind on them.......and yes, all the vents and now the 3D tail lights are going to be difficult to clean and to keep clean I think....as are the exhaust pipes being all close together and surrounded by body work.
