Sounded good for a factory set up...I would like to hear it in person before judging it needs an upgrade as my current set up sounds like a much deeper growl.

I hope so. I was embarrassed every time I pulled up next to a stock Mustang GT or better. Ford did a much better job on their stock setup. Ended up with a Corsa system which the wife, of all people, insisted upon. She was as embarrassed as I was. Said a corvette should sound like a corvette, not a caddie.

They always sound louder when cold, because the timing is retarded to light off the converter.

Of course it's an audio recording, but to my ears the higher flowing C7 NPP sounds better than even the modded C6 NPP exhaust.
The after market guys are probably upset that GM may take a chunk of their business.
