Default NAIAS Jan 16th Stingray Pics

You NEED to see this Stunner IN PERSON! I was Absolutely Mesmerized! The drawings, pictures etc do not show the true Beauty of this Bad Azz baby. A group of us went down yesterday to the Industry Preview. Everyone had reservations about certain aspects. Once you SEE IT and how it all works you will be AMAZED. The lines, shape, etc all flows. The interior is much improved. I can not wait to sit, drive/ride in the New C7. LUVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV My only complaint was they had the Torch Red one locked up away from me BEAUTIFUL,

Wow. They changed the booth quite a bit from Monday. The car is so amazing inside and out. I couldn't agree with you more that if you haven't seen it in person, you really haven't seen it and I encourage people to reserve final judgement until they do.

Deb. I had a lot of reservations, but once you see it in 3D it looks really good.

The 4th picture down by Deb almost shows how neat the the tail lights look when lite. It almost looks a little fiery on the bottom of the lens. Very cool !

I am falling in line with the car especially the changes in the strengthening the body and enhancing the ride ans handling.

I can accept the overall design EXCEPT for the dam rear, it just fails period.

Not trying to continue to put down the car at all just will have a very hard time warming up to the rear. It will forever be the corvette with the ugly behind in my book.

Ya I know this is getting very old....maybe I try real hard and make this my last comment on the UGLY rear of the car....gonna be difficult though!

If you look at the AutoWeek pics of the gray car, it doesn't have this problem. I know not everyone works on their own car, but if you've ever had a C5/6 up in the air with the suspension unloaded you know the wheel gap when you put it back on the ground will be much larger than normal. Opening the hatch and giving it a good shove would fix most of it. In the real world the first slight bump you hit settles it. Even the front in these shots shows a larger gap than other press shots of the same car.

The more I see of this car in colors other than red, the better it looks.

I think the half red half black has an effect on the way the rear of the car looks.

Great pics! thanks Deb. The interior looks fantastic compared to the C6. And I personally love the taillights. I don't know if I like the B/glass/C pillar style. I'll have to see it in person.

I don't know why they didn't lower that puppy to the ground for the show. It would look so much nicer without the rear end jacked up.

I was disappointed they hauled the Red one off to New York. Probably heard of my Plans to take it home

Hard to say without them being side by side. Maybe a bit Narrower/longer? It brought back memories of my C3. I will say my C6 rear kinda looks dated now
