so many voted "other", you need to add body colored rear fascia/round tail lights.

1. Wheels... they are just far too narrow. Need to be at least 20x12 in the rear
2. Not a mod, but get the round taillight option

Leave the tail lights alone but paint the rear fascia body color

I would buy a BRA for the rear end to cover it.

I'd paint the vents on the hood, rear fender, and taillights body color.

Mod it up as far as the option sheet will allow and remove the stingray emblems as soon as I get it. That's all. Good the way it is.

That color makes the C7 vette look great.

I'd do those wheels
Maybe paint vent the same as the body color
Change Tail light or Rear Fascia
Some motor dress up items and call it a day.

Over the last couple of days, renderings have started to trickle out, and we're seen everything from a convertible, to a round taillight version, to versions sporting sexy HREs.

So if you were going to mod your C7, where would you start? Take the poll!

I voted exhaust as a first mod amongst many!
I think the car in the pic looks absolutely awesome! I've always said the the Vette is America's Ferrari and the new one proves it! It could be the 599 GTO's brother from the front & sides!
Now I just have to order mine Red with tan interior!

Current tires at 285 not nearly wide enough maybe CCW will come up with a wheel that can accommodate 325's.

Default First Mod

Obviously we'll have to see the final production models but...
Frankly, I'm considering painting the A-Pillars the same as the body color.

I have an 89 C4 and an 07 C6, both white. They look good next to my white Silverado. I live in Vegas and white vehicles work well here.

It looks like the roof panel is black on both the red and grey Vettes shown so far. The grey actually looks better than the red one to me, but I think I prefer white-on-white.

I'm looking forward to the ordering software on the Chevy website being ready

Gheese, I thought waiting for the reveal was bad, now I gotta wait for the rest of the models, colors, features, interior choices to all get fleshed out.

Well, my daughter is all happy about the C7, because she's about to get the C6 with 9K miles.

Take everything from the end of the door roofline and change it.
Make the back window larger and rounder, Heck...You're calling it a stingray - why didn't you just go back to a tunnel back or a split window?...since when does a corvette have a quarter panel window? Change out the taillights to corvette round ones so you KNOW what you're following down the road...and it's NOT a CAMARO! Paint that back end so it's not all black...just a the lower end like a normal diffuser..
And then get under the hood and UNDO coverup you did to that beautiful motor...and while you're at it...undo the cylinder turn-off prgramming...THIS IS A SPORTS CAR. I don't give a flip about your company-wide fuel economy requirements...

Mods:

Body:
1.) Paint the rear the color of the body
2.) Change the round exhaust tips to angular ones if available

After the warranty is gone

Performance mods ....... just like my C6

Oh and btw I might go and get a set of those round tail lights so that I could send the stock ones back to GM with a Note ...... Just a reminder if it was not for us older guys/gals there would not have been a niche market for the Corvette.
