Brownstone versus Kalahari Interior Colors
From the 2014 web site, doesn't it seem like the names ought to be reversed? Googled pictures of Kalahari and it sure looks like what Chevy is calling Brownstone??

Melting Slicks
I would not be surprised if someone in marketing got these mixed up.

So just an observation...it appears the grand touring and competition seats have similar bolster support. Is the only difference the provision for a harness through the headrest?

Both look better than current seats though

Overall it is a vast improvement however, at least the material is a huge upgrade...

you are right. It is a gimmick. The comp seats and the grand touring seat also seem to have very similar upper side supports. The only difference is at the very top where the comp seat has large openings for racing syle harness.

Yes sir...exactly. Maybe an advantage would be weight..perhaps the back of the seat is carbon fiber similar to the comp seats found in porsche GT2/3 RS...doubtful, especially in the base vette. Maybe in the Z...
