Raising C7 money
I came up with a plan (retrieving coins from fountains). What do you think of this?

hahahaha..... after that I can move into collecting Beer cans and bottles , I have 6 months to raise enough money lol....

Does not have to be energy related...Most if not all corporations get free tax payer money...

If GM would put a 1W solor panel somewhere on the car to recharge the battery, so they can claim it's an electric car, then the free $10,000 from the .gov would make the down payment on your C7.
