I still hate the rear end. Why is it that GM runs out of ideas on certain body panels and puts a slab of cheap plastic? Same thing on the Camaro:

I think they would look better if the plastic on the back didnt go up so high, they black one looks the best from the rear due to the plastic and the color of the car being the same.

seeing this rear end makes me wonder what direction the next gen camaro will go. This, IMO, would have been a great camaro rear. Not saying it looks like the camaro but it could have been a good evolution of its design.

The rear end and edgy body panels are an improvement on a design style first introduced by another fiberglass vehicle. That one also had gull wing doors.

The red (base) car looks good without the rear spoiler. The LB car would look better with chrome wheels and the black one is the BOMB! Everything works well on it.

I really like the fact that the outside edges of the roof panel aren't color matched.

Notice no Stingray emblem and I suppose the red one is more what a base will look like. Which, IMHO looks better with out those ugly black wheels and spoiler.

I would like to see a photoshop of the rear of the red or blue all body color, and for me that carbon roof is an absolute no go. My roof would very quickly be painted body color if it can't just be ordered that way. I mean who really gives a damn if its Carbon or not? Just because you can show it doesn't always mean you should. Visually it is an oddity with the center part of the roof black to me.

Not a huge fan of the base vehicle ...nice but not what I would purchase....

I prefer the red spears on the roof. I would give up the glass roof ..".I don't care for the all black glass roof...

Welburns team deciding on the side roof spears makes sense to me since GM deleted the basket handle design element of the c5 and c6.

I believe the vehicle benefits from 19 and 20 inch rims as it gives the vehicle a more grounded appearance.

Not sure about the black rims though....

Did anyone notice that the red Vette is not base? The carbon roof ( unpainted ) is an option on 2lt, 3lt, the base car has a matching painted roof. Also, does the dash look a little different, or is just the angle of the photo?
