I bet that was it. Driver couldn't handle that extra 100 horses coming in in .003 milliseconds. Gotta tweak that too.

Driver looked at the rear of the car just before hitting the highway and thought he was driving a Camaro, and he could handle it.

Must be the only road in America with switchbacks and he didn't know what to do.

Man, that sucks.

Hope everybody is ok.

On the potential upside, sometimes when you break something you make discoveries. . . .

My guess, it has been very cold here the last few days and some rain. Not sure what day this was or time of day.

Could have been the tires just didn't hook up in the wet or cold. By cold I mean mid 30's until about 9 or 10 in the morning.

Did anyone notice if there was a pedestrian with their face buried in the cheese grater on the hood?

I'm sure glad I drive a C6 Z06, that doesn't have any downforce, or that could have been me.

Someone remind me tomorrow to call the tire shop and cancel my order for the 245 front tires and the 285 rear tires that I ordered to replace the crappy 275 front tires and the 325 rear tires currently on my Z06, that don't grip as well as the 245 and 285 tires used on the C7. I don't think my insurance company wants me to have that much grip.
Confused, because downforce keeps you on the road. Unless you're joking and it went way over my head.

The caption says driving through the Mountains, could be well below freezing up there.
