It would be a huge disappointment if it does have them.
First, they are completely worthless.
Second, not only are they worthless, the only thing that they accomplish is to spray water all over your clean car.
I've had it on 2 cars and it caused me to NEVER use the windshield wiper spray for fear of the headlamp squirters going off and ruining my freshly cleaned car.
My Cadillac CTS has them but fortunately they only spray when the headlights are turned on. I try not to use the washer when the headlights are active. As others have noted they don't do any good and the spray goes many places you don't want it.
It is effective for more rapidly using up your washer flud.
I do miss my heated windshield washer, deleted due to recall. That was nice but I haven't missed it quite enough to install an aftermarket unit.
I have never had them, but I would tent to agree that they are not a needed item. I have a guess however on how they operate. Do they only work when you press a button, or do they have some sort of sensor that makes them work on their own? If they are manually operated, I am confused way you anyone is concerned about them spraying on a clean car. It would seem to me that if your car is clean so are the lenses on the headlights so there would be no reason to use them.
Well, if the C7 had straight vertical headlamps, ran through muddy conditions, and very rarely got washed, I might think about wanting headlamp washers.

They're operated when the windshield wipes are operated to spray.
You've never had a VERY clean car yet something on your windshield? Or just a little dust you want to get off without spraying all over your car?
Having not had them you may not understand just how much overspray is experienced when they're activated. It's a ton.
It was easily the worst feature on our XLR-V. Wife and I both hated it.
My dad doesn't use his windshield wiper squirters on his 911T for this reason as well.

They're a horrible "convenience"
I guess I am a little annal when it comes to keeping the car clean. I can probable count on one hand the times have used the windshield washer. Even it sprays water all over and then the wipers sweep the water to the side and it then runs down the the sides of the doors. I normally have my detail bag in the car and I have everything I need to clean the windows and headlight covers when I stop.

Preaching to the choir my friend
I have a full detail bag in my car all the time. I too rarely use the windshield washer, and when I do I only give it a 1/4 turn to not spray it over the windshield.
And that is the problem....when those headlight jets go off you may as well have just run through a puddle.
more weight
breaks up the look of the bumper
dirt collector
more to go wrong
I haven't seen a Corvette with dirty headlights yet.
Another 2 lbs isn't a much weight.
I do like my 'Vette clean, and it gets cleaned on a regular basis since it is my summer daily driver. However we do get our share of bugs in the evenings, plus road film when driving in the rain at night.
Usually when you hit the wash button on your windscreen wipers it's because your vision is impaired. It's a good guess your headlights are at least as dirty as your windscreen.
I hope they do not have them. I've driven cross country in my C6 and never once felt that I needed to use a spray on the headlights. When I gas up, I clean the windshield and the headlights if needed.
Besides, my C6 is my daily driver and even then I have never wished for headlamp washers.
I've had them on CTS's and SRX's and I can see any use for them. Europe can keep them.
Headlamp washers are just fine for headlights that are covered in GLASS. They are horrible for headlights covered in PLASTIC (like Lexan) which scratch easily.
