In the shop I have three seasonal cars - a yellow one, a red one, and a green one (see the avatar) - my wife and I call them mustard, ketchup, and relish. They look okay sitting next to one another, however I don't think I would like the yellow / red scheme on a single vehicle.

I've got the red and black interior in my white 09 C6 and I like it but... Think the natural leather would go good better with a yellow car. And a dark carbon fiber roof. Sort of like this:

That looks good, but the Kalahari interior really stands out. Without a doubt, carbon fiber adds to it.

I think it looks pretty good in that pic of the C6 - would shine it would look good too in a C7.

Chevrolet's Corvette marketing guru advised me the extra charge is just to make sure you really want something different than their color combos. The increased cost to build any combo is $0.
They don't want people to order some weird combo and then complain about it when it gets delivered.

Had one and loved it. 63 SWC with the 67 Goodwood Green color & white stinger, side exhaust, 67 rallye wheels and the orig red int. Plus radials which was not even offered on vettes back in 68

I wonder if that color will have any pearl in it... I've seen some yellow Lambos with pearl metalic in the paint and it looks very good... I think pearl in the yellow paint would look good on the C7, small details like that help add to the exotic looks of the car.
Those bright colors also look good on magazine covers when the car gets the cover. Helps the car get good press.
