Saw the C7 up close and personal at the Barrett auctions, it's just beautiful, pictures don't do it justice.

Lucked out due to a flight cancellation heading home to CT to stay in Chicago a few extra days and see the show, also took my oldest son to NY and saw it again. Love both the coupe and the convertible but won"t be buying one new. Will wait 3-5 years and get a like new one for 1/2 the price.
I will admit if I had the money my name would be on the list right now.

NAIAS in Detroit - only reason I went.
NCM Bash in Bowling Green
On the roads here in Michigan with manufacturer plates.
Started thinking convertible - ending with the coupe after spending more time looking at the lines of the car in person.
Mostly figured out the options I want. Still fighting with exterior / interior colors. Laguna Blue, Cyber Grey, Crystal Red, Torch Red..... Black, Grey, Kalahari, Red...

I've seen it at the Petersen Museum and loved it. A C7 will be replacing my current 09 Z06 in the next year or so. I'm going to hold out to see what the the Z06 variant brings to the table before I take the plunge.

I saw it in NY. There is no way they should change the rear. It is modern and up to date, maybe even trend setting in my opinion. Parabolic LEDs make a fantastic light. The sharp edges are a change from the bulbous shapes of the 1986 Taurus. We shall see. It is , after all, just personal taste and observation.

Safety Car
NAIAS, then Chicago, then the 2 inside the NCM at the Bash, then the 5 near the fence at the factory. Next the plant tour June 27th, then likely at Bloomington Gold on the way home June 29th. They look better in person than in pictures and better outside than indoors

Mike,
Sat in one at Barrett Jackson, in Florida. Great seats, and views out of the car. Love the floor hinged throttle pedal too. Pictures as many have said, don't do it justice. Can't wait to drive them on our track! Hopefully ill be the one giving hot laps to all you guys when you come out!

Saw the car in the Corvette Corral at Sebring in March. It was great seeing it in my color, Cyber Gray, it looked great. I like the profile and stance from every angle but the rear, still can't warm up to those Camaro tail lights. The interior is GORGEOUS, if anybody bitches about that they're seriously confused. I'm waiting until the GS/ZO6/ZR1 versions come out to drive one, until then I'm enjoying my GS coupe.
