OP, I don't think pics of hilly driveways are helping you answer your question. However, I did ask a similar question back when I tried another C7 in my driveway and it didn't work out too well. My drive and while it does not look like much and my C6 clears it, in building the garage and drive, we raised the drive 8 inches for better clearance.
We literally built this so my C6 would fit and not scrape, including a more gentle angle from ramp to drive.
