Default Anybody here want a 1200 HP C7?

Anybody here want a 1200 HP C7? These National Speed guys might be able to do it. Eric Berry modified his 2010 Camaro, and got 1200HP. Eric Berry had his Camaro modified at National Speed, in Wilmington, NC.

Seems more relevant to the C6 than the C7 given the engine and all.

Really way to much for me. Couldn't use them, couldn't feed them..but for people who want them it is OK ..1200 horsepower.

Ha! No thanks, I wanna live to see my grandchildren.

There are some who would, like the 1000 hp Mustang, buy it as a collector car.

I'm sure there are one or two here who might take it to the Texas Mile who could use it.

Without some form of racing slicks, it seems like way more power than could be put down well on a drag strip.

I'm waiting on the optional version with the Pratt & Whitney J58-P4 that produces 32,000 pounds of thrust.

$$$$$ = horsepower. The question has always been, as it always will be, how much horsepower can you afford? And do you want it to look purty too?

Errr... that's never been the question for me... I wouldn't want 1200 hp no matter how much money I had.

Would make for a nice Mile car.

Would be a bit much for the street. IMO 600-650 is just about perfect. Still docile, but nice power and still able to hook it up and fully use it.

There are always ways to use horespower. Drag cars put down upwards of 10,000 HP and they are rear drive V8 powered just like the Corvette

Looks like a simple build. Few bolt ons, 450-500 hours in labor. No big deal.

Myself. I don't need more power yet, just more skill with what I have.

yes. if it could get the power to the ground in a usable fashion.

but for that it needs awd and a lot more.

power would need to come on in a usable way (not a sudden jolt that simply spins the wheels and/or throws you off the road in a wild spin).

there is no such thing as too much if it can be utilized.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at here, or in the subsequent post you made. But one thing I think I can safely conclude is that you like to laugh at your own jokes. At least... I think that was a joke? Again, not sure what's going on here.
