I should have noted the dates I'm using are the dates when GMer gets the info for us (my hero), so the real date is probably the day before. Also, I was conservative on the numbers, I really think the plant is hitting 70 a day and we may see an average of 7 a day move from GMers 3400 list to his Glory, Hallelujah 3800 list... :-)

Now... how about shipping?

Wanna bet they ship before Mid-America's Fun Fest... or maybe even use that as the kick off. Largest gathering of Vettes, coming up in two weeks

I'm going to make my first SWAG (that "S**t" is a Somewhat, wild *** guess) about the next two weeks production.

Next week is

plus the next 14 that move off the 3300 list to the 3400 list

It will be what it will be...but I got a call from Shane yesterday who informed me I'll be built before Sept 30 and he thought It would be in the next 2 weeks....yet I'm not on your list.

My guess is the NCM knows a lot more than I do :-)

This will be interesting. The 3400 list "seems" to be predictable as an almost first in-first out thing. However, there is not enuf history on the 3000, 3100 and 3300 lists to make any guesses.

That being said, you were in the mass movement of 3100s to the 3300 list reported on Sept 5. There are still 24 3300's that were moved before that that have not gone to 3400. Next, if the 3400s are FIFO, the existing 3400 list will be exhaust in the middle of the 9/15 week. Sooo... next few weeks will be interesting to see how things move.

Finally, the next report from GMer will be telling. If you look at the VIN number reported, on Sept 4 they jumped by 120... hmmmm, is the plant working Fridays (or Saturdays) and doing a five day week rather than four?

We really need a video cam inside the plant aimed at the first-start station... we would all watch it 24/7

Pretty certain assembly is 5 eight hour shifts a week. I think it is too early for scheduled overtime as it is clear to me the plant has experienced start up problems.

Mine was produced on 8/28. I was in Bowling Green and went by the plant on Monday. I went to the back lot where all of the new C7 customer cars are, peeked in the lot and there were approximately 500 produced and waiting. I was told mine would be shipped within a few weeks to Dallas. Every color on that vehicle looks amazing from what I could see in person... although I had to look through the fence

Take everything they say with a grain of salt.

Told my story 10 times but here you go.

I chatted with them and they told me they didn't have a TPW or any information on my car at all and to check back every week. The next morning my showed Production Completed and was 3800 meaning my car was probably already built or at least already had a VIN assigned when I chatted with them.

Congrats good to hear, Yes they keep insisting no Vin until car goes into production but it seems other people get them prior to production. IDK

Two days in a row Cust Svc told me my order has a TPW of 9/9. Shows no TPW on dealer inquiry screen. Very Frustrating.
