I had a new '68 after I lived through Viet Nam, then a new '70 after I survived 18 months on the DMZ in Korea, a new 2010 after the kids got out of my checkbook, and now I have a C7 on order. I've never bought a used car, at least not since the first one in 1960.

Had a 1971. Got married. The wife didn't want to tie the kids on the roof, so I suffered thru a long series of boring four door barges.
Currently have a Magnetic Red 2004 and a Gold Wing trike.
Trading the C5 for a CRM Z51 and keeping the trike.

I have owned 19 Corvettes since 1963, when I bought my first , which was a 1958 / 270- 4sp. I currently own a 1967 Red Roadster , 427/435 , which is a NCRS and Bloomington Gold award winner. I also have a
2010 cyber gray ZR1, which I am going to keep. The Torch Red C7 Z51 I have ordered has been given a TPW of 8/19 , I hope that holds true , in order to have the car sometime in Sept.
