Very funny & enjoyable picture.....and you can see the concession in her face. In my case, my wife and I celebrated our 43 Anniversary at the show and when we sat in the Laguna Blue car I mentioned not ordering one and her only response was.....why not..!!

To me from that smile it looks like she is thinking " Boy is he going to faint when I tell him I WANT ONE TOO ! "

If you have seen the new C-7 and want one then you will laugh at this picture.

If you have not seen it and laugh anyway then you are married.

If you don't understand the humor in the photo please don't comment.

If you have a caption for the phot share it here for fun.

Oh, and yes, that is me, and yes, that is my wife, at Corvettes at Carlisle on Saturday, the 24th of August.

I will wait to tell you her answer.

David Howard
Please tell us she said yes.

Great picture.

I love my SO but no need to beg for anything. My condolences to any of you who find yourself in such a position.

Truth be told my 350Z is yellow and my wife does like it, and it will be going away with the purchase of the new C-7. Hmmmm, got me thinking....thank you.

If she wants one, she gets one, simple as that.
Truth is the same for both of us. We make these decisions together and the decision to buy has been made. Color and options are now being reviewed.

Thank you and Yes, she said Yes. Truth is she said yes BEFORE the picture was taken. I had the picture taken so she could show her friends.

If she was here now would she say you are even???

I am taking my wife to Hawaii for three weeks this October, and I take her anywhere in the World she wants to go every other year.

For 2014 we will plan to take the Corvette and tour some of the US we have never seen.

You see, I retire January 3, 2014 and the car is my wife's gift to me for 35 years of working hard. Looking forward to next spring.

I'm arguing with my other half over color and stripes or no stripes.

But we agreed to get a model year 2015.

Socttys78, share with me (us) please the 2015 purchase decision. Is it to allow GM to work out the first year bugs? or to await new models? My wife does want to see the convertible up close too but thus far we have not been able to see one. Any ideas?

Should I admit that I know this great couple ?

David; if your garage is full , I have room for the red '77 over here

I'm considering the brownstone interior for my next one.

Exactly! My thoughts too! that's funny.... having pole position has never been so clearly demonstrated on a female's facial expression!! She's got ya!

OP- havin' fun bro. "He who finds a good wife finds a good thing"... glad you have one. I'm blessed with one too. Unfortunately, not all men find them. Ya gonna go for LRG after the negotiations have concluded, or a different color?

Glen,
I sold the Red 77 so the only C-3 left now is my Green 71.
Thanks for the offer though.
David
