I too, love the graphites on the C6 GS. Just stunning, IMO.

I saw where your cars are running around 25% black, but the photos shown of the transporters sure don't show that many in black, even though most of the cars(on transporters) shown in the photos are Z51's.

Also looks as if your early sales have a lot of manual transmissions, much more that what is represented over the past 17 years(C5 & C6).

I may paint my wheels that color cause it is stunning. On a red car that would be hot as hell.

.
Hmm, I'm thinking maybe I should drive down to the Michigan-Ohio border and wave the first truck in on I-75.

Awww, come on Dave, are you saying you have never hung your head out the window like a dog going down the freeway to see what your car looks like at speed? I though all car-guys did that

Ya I dunno. Im a bit a of a car nut. I run a local car club / charity. I track the cars a lot. This will be the new toy / track car.

But I guess im abnormal at my age because I love putting around in my 68 mustang with its 6cylinders and 3 speeds of fury.

A vette is a natural progression for me. I bought an 06 slk new back in the day, it was fun but meh. I bought an 09 cobalt ss new, and its been a blast as a track / toy car. This is just the next step up from that car. I like the bang for your buck aspect.

Black wheels are for me...I have chrome on my C6 but really like the Z51 black painted and those are most likely what I will order....

I'm offended, I work at McDonalds and I'm a junior in high school, I ordered the black wheels on my Z51 Laguna Blue C7. I guess I'll have to wait till I'm a hipster and grow out of it.

Talked with my dealer in Indy today. He said my Vin 193 is in the hands of the transport company now and could arrive in Indy as early as tomorrow, Thursday. But I'll be at Funfest in Effingham Thursday through Sunday, so I told him to clean it up and put it on the Showroom floor. I'll pick it up next week.

Really? You trust the dealer and customers that much?

That is funny I have black wheels on my ZL1 Camaro, Aston Martin Vantage, Raptor and race car. I have been out of high school for 40years. Anybody knocking black wheels on cars for chrome are just .......lost for words. I guess the Compuware Vette race car is crap too because it has black wheels. GEEZZZZ Oh yea... my vin# 956 triple black Z51 will be driven to my sons high school prom this spring.
