Do all Z51 Coupes have a removable roof? If you do not pick a roof option on the pricing, does it just come with a painted removable roof, or is it a nonremovable roof?

The standard roof panel is carbon fiber and painted body color.

There are five roof choices available on the Stingray coupe.

You can purchase your car with carbon fiber panel that is fully painted in body color. (this is the standard roof package that comes on the coupe). This is RPO CFA

You can purchase your car with a roof panel that has exposed carbon fiber in the center of the panel and two body colored trim edges on sides above the windows. This is RPO C2Z.

You can purchase your car with a transparent polycarbonate top only and no carbon fiber roof panel. This is RPO CC3.

You can purchase your car with a dual roof package that has an exposed carbon fiber panel with body colored edges and a transpartent roof panel. This is RPO C2M.

You can purchase your car with a dual roof package that has a painted carbon fiber roof panel and a transparent roof panel. This is RPO C2Q.

Thanks for the clarification. If you get the basic roof package, do you see any issues painting the targa roof "carbon flash" to match the mirrors and spoiler with that option?

Yes. ALL 2014 Coupes have a targa. The default roof panel is a body colored painted carbon fiber top. If you do not make a choice of roof panel options, you will get a body colored painted carbon fiber removable roof panel.

I would like to know because my dealer deleted my exposed carbon fiber roof, and my car was put into production with that deletion. The dealer said that if I didn't want that, he would not make me buy it, but since I am getting the carbon flash mirrors and spoiler, I thought that it may work out just as well by having the targa roof painted "carbon flash" after delivery.

I already deleted the FAY from my order, and now the roof! All of these carbon fiber constraints are driving me crazy. Someone at GM was asleep at the wheel on this one. I guess they assumed not many people would pay for the carbon fiber options.

Does it make any difference as to whether it's off of a 1lt, 2lt, or 3lt? As far as the interior finish ? When I see pained tops for sale in classified adds don't see any mention as to what package the roof is off of?

^^^Nope. It makes no difference.

On edit: My apologies, I was only thinking of the clear roof. Others are correct about the painted or carbon fiber roofs having different interior for the 1, 2, and 3LT.

Yes, the 3LT/LZ will have the alcantara headliner, instead of the fabric liner

Yes it does ......... The interior lining on the 3 LT is of a much higher quality material.
