Should definitely be a sticky. Here's a good example on another forum:

Some pics found online.

Matte black (it was bound to happen):

Looks to be only partial matte black.

You're speaking my language! I know there's a good amount of people who dig the black wheels these days, but to my eye there's nothing sweeter than a black Corvette with a set of chromies. I love how the guy in the photo is even taking a look back at the car!

Wow that thing looks like a 4x4. And from this angle, the side pieces in front of the front wheels with no middle section really looks out of place.

.

I have seen other forums do it, that was my thinking for starting it. I PM'ed Talon90 about it a few days ago, see what happens.

Meanwhile, the matte on everything but the black bumper looks stupid.

My Stingray finally arrived today -- Oct. 24, 2013! Thanks to Dave Salvatore and Dave Brown at Kerbeck in Atlantic City for outstanding support and professionalism for the past 5 months. They are absolutely the best in all respects, and I thank my lucky stars that I bought my car there.

Some comments about the car:
  • The carbon fiber roof is stunning. I tried to photograph it (below), but it's very difficult. It is a very deep effect, and is very high quality. I'm really glad I went for it.
  • The active rev matching is great beyond words. It's almost startling the first time it happens, and I can't tell you how much confidence it gives you on the downshifts that it will be smooth when you drop the clutch. I only wish the car could be forced to always start up with rev matching engaged. (Chevrolet, please update this!)
  • If you're tall and you fit into a C5 or C6, completely IGNORE all the people who say that you won't fit in the C7. I'm actually a little upset at the people on this forum who made me feel anxious that I wouldn't fit in the car. The fit for me is about the same as my C5, and I don't feel restricted at all. It is a wonderfully comfortable fit.
  • The upper microfiber trim option is really incredible. For those wondering, the roof panel is also trimmed in microfiber. The quality of the material is outstanding -- at least as good as high-end luxury cars.
  • I was immediately struck by the smaller steering wheel, and how perfect it feels. I didn't think I would really notice much of a difference, but I did, right away.
  • The voice used in the navigation system is excellent. Very clear and sounds like a regular person speaking to you, instead of a computer. I'm shocked to be saying that it sounds better than my Audi's system.
  • The voice recognition system has not misunderstood me a single time. Absolutely learn all the voice commands, because it will make interacting with the car quicker, safer, and much easier.
  • The C7 is such a colossal leap past anything Chevrolet has put out in the past that it will change the car industry. It's that good. I think the demand for this car will not let up for a long time.

Here are the photos!

Great shots. Congrats. Very nicely photographed! Love the carbon fiber interior. Takes the whole dash to another level. Congrats. I'm hoping to pick mine up this weekend.

Thanks! I like the Z51 chromies because the angles create a lot of depth and color. They are not just a big mirror. A huge step up over the black or painted silver, IMHO.

Sorry, the server they're on is having trouble right now. The data center says their network service will be back to normal shortly. In the meantime if you try refreshing the page it might help, since the network comes up in spurts.

This my car.

First, I did not know of it being posted on the Lambo site. Second, I felt the same way about the height and couldn't stand it; mind you, that shot was taken the very next morning after delivery. It has been lowered since - 0.75 inches front and rear.

It looks like it needs to drop more than 0.75", no?
