At this point since the NCM delivery is an option I would not pay for it since they "lost it". Make them refund the cost of the NCM option.

I've seen a lot of C7s showing up at ... .local car shows. Could it be....? And then there is the attempts at setting best track time at The 'Ring. Maybe it took a little longer to get it thru Customs on the way back. j/k

Seriously, I hope they find your car. Odd that it'd be the day of your departure. I just know that there are a lot of good people searching out this car. As said above, keep the faith. This will (hopefully) be a funny story you tell many times during your C7 ownership.

My understanding is the Museum folks are real pros and I imagine they'll be all over this. I'm sure they'll get it ironed out quickly and you'll soon get your Museum delivery.

I think you need to go to Onstar Family Link. It gives you the option to track your car.

Download the onstar app and you can track the car.

How can the car be "missing"? was it delivered to the Museum and then went missing/stolen?

Default Missing

When Laurie called from the Museum I was so stunned
I could not comprehend what she was saying.
They have a series of checks to make sure the car was ready for delivery but I guess the car never made it to the Museum.
She said someone dropped the ball somewhere along those cross checks.

Dropped the ball is right! A 20 lb. lead ball right on you foot. Sheesh! I sure hope they get things right real soon and somehow reimburse you for your expenses and inconvenience. Keep the forum posted, please.

Takes EXACTLY 24 hours to activate. Wonder if you can call GM up and have them activate it immediately.

Sorry to hear, I know how anxious you must be especially as this is a museum delivery. Hope everything is straighten out soon. I just picked up my car last Wednesday and I can tell you that it is more than I expected, I love it. It's like having a Lexus when it is in Eco Mode, smooth, quiet over 30 mpg and then having a second car when in Sport Mode, the growl, the meanest brute around.
