Really interesting post. After reading every comment, all I can say is my HUD
is DEFINITELY tilted to the right. Thanks to all for posting. By the way, LOVE my C7!

sorry but this has to be said...

Better tilted to the Right than to the Left!

(I have seen the C7 HUD and have to agree it does "tilt")

Soon enough GM will put a bulletin out saying that it's operating as intended so they don't have to pay the techs to fix the tilted HUD.

Very common for GM to do. They did it on my Volt. The camera on my Volt at night is worse than my kids fisher price toy camera and GM claims it works as intended so they don't have to replace the camera. Yet on the 2014's it's a new part number and the issue has been fixed. WTG GM.

I have a c6 Grandsport no problem there , however I recently bought the new SS with the Vette 415 LS3. My heads up tilts down to the left on the SS. Annoying as heck. I called the dealer today but have not had a response yet. Has anybody here gone to their dealer and had this issue resolved ??

Mine is slightly tilted too but certainly not a deal breaker. If there's any easy correction someday I'll take advantage of it.

Resolved? No, a GM Tech personally looked at my HUD and said its just like all the other ones and it operates as intended...

I just came up with a fix for those who have a tilted HUD display...

...adjust the lowering bolts on one side of the car until your HUD is straight! Problem solved!

You guys are too funny! If there is a Simple fix, I'm in. If it's a dash tear out and realignment, forget that. I'll just shim my wallet with play money.

Maybe it is designed to be slightly tilted to help with drivers who wear polarized sunglasses.

Or if you want the easiest way, you could just let some air out of the tires on one side of the car!

I agree. Mine seems to slant very slightly to the right as well. But at least I know it's the same as everyone else's.
