Default C7 in person

I finally saw the C7 in person at a local dealer. They had six- all sold. Its way better in person then in pictures. The
rear end - tail lights is not an issue for me. The exhaust are like trumpets. The salesman said the 4" in diameter.
The car does look a bit high off the ground in the rear- but will most likely settle with use? The white one looked better then I expected. I'm going to wait for the Z06/7 whatever they call it.

Thanks for the pics. I hope I'm able to see some in person soon too.

I stopped at Kerbeck this weekend while I was in the area. I agree the car is so much more impressive in person.

I just didn't see a single negative. But I admit to some serious bias.

Great pics! Man, the stock wheels leave a lot to be desired IMO.

I got to see one in person on Saturday. I loved the design. I was surprised by how the lines flowed and made the car look more compact. The rear end was about like I expected it to be. I didn't hate it when it came out and I thought it looked more integrated into the design in person. Overall I really like it. I may have to figure a way to budget for one earlier than anticipated

I saw one today for the first time and thought the exact opposite. I thought my Z06 with Carbon package was much more attractive and muscular. Fatter tires and rear with nice carbon skirts and accents with that classic Z06 style. The C7 to me looked like a fancy Acura more than a Corvette. I am sure I will get blasted, but I was WAY under impressed. Wait to see the C7Z06. While the interior was nice, that is not a big selling point for me...I'd rather have a stripped down racer.

So much nicer....

with above. I've seen plenty in person and want to like it and maybe trade one of my C6s but I keep thinking, "design nightmare".

Look at how low that yellow one is in the parking lot compared to the Volt!

What did you think of the AW car? I haven't seen one in person, but have heard it is probably the most shocking difference between pics and seeing it first hand.

Not a politically correct statement in the C7 section.

This pic? I think that's a Chevy Spark, not the Volt... only a tiny spark of a volt!

Just walk up to the first group of C7 owners you see standing around admiring each others' cars and tell them their car is a "design nightmare". I'm sure you will be well received there also

Its hard to believe that someone would not be happy with that car but, I don't want to shift gears anymore and I want the open air feel! Great picture!

I know, whatever happened to good old design basics? I mean, why throw out the old designs with so much to that they have to offer for the new generation?

It's these new fangled design schools pumping this stuff out with far to many "things" going on. Fancy schoolin' is no substitute for the smell of oil, grease and the fried electricals everytime I sit in my car!

But really, you just can't improve on classic iconic designs. I am going to stand here, firmly planted in the past! Were the cars of yesteryear really that bad????

What about the interiors? I guess they couldn't improve on them so they just threw garbage at the wall and called it art!....this is sad, really. I feel betrayed by GM

you guys crack me up!

The Volt is to the left up against the wall. Wasn't sure what the other car was (the Spark), but thanks.
