Default Apparently Night Race Blue Metallic = Berlin Blue

I saw on my NRB car's build sheet that the exterior color GXH is called Berlin Blue. I haven't seen this mentioned before on the forums (although it probably has been and I missed it), and did not find it with a search.

Just a trivia fact to tuck away for the future.

This reminded me of the fact that my '05 Corvette's LeMans Blue = Luxo Blue.

I once did a color chart of all the colors offered since 1953. Turned out there were more differently named blues than any other color.

So Blue Ray Metallic (like we see on 5th gen Camaros) = NRB on the C6 and C7? If so, I didn't know that.

Whatever they call it it's still the best color.

Agree about the name changes on blue.
For instance, Laguna Blue on the C7 can easily be Electron Blue on the C5's (02,03) or Admiral Blue on the C4's (94,95,96).

My 2015 Stingray build sheet still lists the color as Berlin Blue.

I don't think Laguna Blue looks like either of those blues at all. Admiral Blue is darker and Electron Blue is brighter.

For what it's worth, Electron Blue was available on pickup trucks for the two years Electron was available (02 & 03) but was called Arrival Blue.

That would be interesting to see. Do you have a link to it?

Went to buy touch up paint for my Blue Topaz Metallic Silverado and found out it is the exact same color code as Lemans Blue.

Not surprising. The touch-up paint for Lime Rock Green is "Unripened Green Metalic", which is a color from other Chevy cars. Horrible name, if you ask me. No wonder they renamed it Lime Rock Green.

It is Berlin Blue on the Camaro and on the 2013 SS.
It is very common for the Corvette to use the same colors as other GM cars under a different name.

Laguna Blue is not close to Admiral Blue nor Electron Blue. It is much lighter. It seems to photograph much darker than it appears in person.
