It's been a week since our last communication, my order was placed 4 weeks ago and hopefully you can give me some production information on my GS. Has the Corvette factory opened back up yet?

Please follow the news, and other forum posts. The Corvette plant will not be opening until November at the earliest. With the backlog of orders we will all be lucky to get our new 2018 Corvettes in Dec. Good luck and join us all in the long wait......

RV4 - We are all glad that you made it through the hurricane.
I don't mean to interrupt here too much, BUT perhaps you haven't heard or read forum threads that the Bowling Green Corvette production plant is CLOSED until early November at the earliest. Order allocation to dealers will reportedly start around Sept 15th, followed several weeks later by order acceptance. So like the rest of us, sit tight and wait. Believe us all, this forum will be a buzz when orders starting flowing.

You mean a GMC Acadia. I got this order number from my dealer for a 2018 stingray in admiral blue, manual trans, mag ride and suede inserts BLK interior with chrome wheels. Please check again and I will go back to the dealer

Thanks for that confirmation, ptziems. I can see your order is now moving toward the production process, with a tentative TPW of 01/01/2018. Please keep in mind, this is subject to change and doesn't mean the 'Vette is physically being built at that time. I hope this information helps, but feel free to reach back out for future updates!
