Is there any other means of tracking progress of order tracking / build process ? Outside of the dealer of course, how are members posting codes which state the current live status of their builds?

when you ordered the dealer should have given you paperwork containing the order number.
Go the chevy.com and in the upper right corner click on owners. There's a thing there to let you chat live with a rep. They can look it up in about a minute
They even offered to send me weekly email updates
