Is there a timing window during the year to order it? Or can it be ordered anytime?

The car itself. To be ordered from factory.

Generally speaking, they can be ordered anytime. As model year cut over approaches, orders for the current model year will be stopped about 2 months before cut over. New model year orders will start shortly after current year orders are stopped. Please read the Ordering a Corvette - Allocations and Constraints Explained sticky thread.

Could you please tell us what has happened to the dealer brochures you use to pick up at the dealer and people started taking them but an owner deserves that brochure. They should put one in each new car. Where can you get the original Chevrolet brochure for your car? Does anybody know??

You can order them from the National Corvette Museum. IIRC it's a little hard to find on their website but it's there.

As suggested above the NCM Store has some years available. You can also check the C7 Parts for Sale section here. You could posted your own Want to Buy thread. You can also download 2018 or 2019 brochures directly from GM: Chevrolet Catalogs (select year and vehicle).

Sorry, but there is no entitlement for an owner to get the brochure.

Well looks like printed Corvette manuals from GM are a thing of the past. In researching getting a 2019 maintenance. manual set for my Stingray, I finally found the reason Helm never published, On the ACDelco website it states:

Helm provides printed service manuals for all General Motors brands through the 2018 model year. Select your brand from the buttons below. For 2019 or newer models, refer to the ACDelco website by clicking the button entitled “All Service Manuals” above.

Following the suggested direction leads you to ACDelco website that invites you to join a subscription service for $1,200 per year! Ouch! So looks like helm manuals are out along with printed (or optional USB) manuals. Obviously a cost saving for GM and an orientation toward professional shops, it leaves the DIY crowd out.

NOTE: This is based on my personal research as I did not get this info from a live person at either company, just the web notices. Based on my desire to have a complete set of docs on the stingray, I opted to buy the 2018 Manuals as differences between '18 and '19 C7's in probably negligible.

These links all go to the same place now, 2021, 2022, and 2023 models. Since I've never used them before I don't know if they no longer work or it's something on my end.
