[QUOTE=CAB6;1593755536]Some new LRG pics before the end of the year
That car is freaking amazing. I love how clean and uncluttered this beautiful car looks. There will be no problems when you go to sell I have heard from friends they would love to own this color. Well done.

I gave up my desire for a new 2016, when I discovered the 2014 Lime Rock Green. I bought my 3LT Brownstone last May with only 3,200 miles, and couldn't be happier. People who see it for the first time are amazed by the color and surprised they only made it available for one year. I love my Stingray and it also fulfills a life-long dream to have a Corvette.

I ordered the car to my specifications - first time I've done that.
As stated, the Brownstone can be had without the micro-suede seat inserts, but the doors, console, and dash will be covered. I really like it a lot, but I think GM should allow for more choices for all of the interiors. Maybe they will in future years.

SJVET: I heard they built some Premier Editions in Blue? Any info on this?

The P.E. Coupes (500 of them) were all manuals in LB, the P.E. Verts (550 of them) were all autos in LRG.
Fun fact: the dash plaque "Premiere" and the Marony sticker "Premier" were spelled differently on the Verts. I don't know about the Coupes.
In total, there were only 1566 LRG Corvettes built in 2014.

I have been considering trading up to a C7 since my 2007 C6 convertible just hit the ten-year mark this month. Even though it only has 18,000 miles on it, they have all been trouble-free including a trip from our home in New York to the Indy 500 in 2011, then on down to Bowling Green for the factory and museum tour, then home. When the 2014 Premiere Edition convertible came out, it reminded me a lot of my first new Corvette - a 1972 LT-1 roadster in Elkhart Green with a Dark Saddle interior. I always loved that color combination, and I have been continually disappointed that GM has not offered it since 2014. So, I had a decision to make - order a new 2018, or look for the best low-mileage 2014 Premiere Edition Convertible I could find.
I have located one with just over 5000 miles on it, and I plan on picking it up on Monday. Photos to follow when it's in my driveway.
