That's my new favorite Corvette color. My '72 LT-1 (bought it new, still have it, NO it's not for sale!) is Elkhart Green, now relegated to 2nd favorite. My '07 convertible is Monterey Red, which I like a lot . . . and no green C6's were available . . . is still great, but 3rd. Might have to get that C7 sooner rather than later.

That angle, that color...just about perfect. It looks ready to brawl.
Some other nice shots.

Giubo, I don't know if you're the owner, the photographer, both, or neither. Whoever took those shots definitely deserves some credit, and that color in direct sunlight is nothing short of amazing. The one in the grass is exactly the way I would want mine to be. Gorgeous!

I must admit--hubby and I saw the Lime Rock green in Carlisle in August, and we didn't care for it. It was an overcast day and it just looked blah. Seeing it in the sunlight you can really see the sparkle--really looks nice!

Saw one about two weeks ago on the road. Stunning!

I am also conflicted because the tan top looks so good w/ this color....BUT after owning 2 verts w/ tan tops that's it for me. No more tan and the ugly creases that go with it. BLACK top is the only way to go IMO.

When I heard GM was bringing back GREEN for the C7 I had just bought my wife a 2008 Jaguar XK in their Botanical Green, odd name for a Jaguar green but I hoped the GM green was as pretty considering the failures they had with the C5.
GM came close and I like the new green. PS: I owned a 95 and 96 both in Polo Green. And a 1969 Firebird in the classic green Pontiac had back in the day. I'm smitten with the new green.

Is this the same green as the Fairway Green used on the trucks? My Avalanche is the Fairway Green and in the sun it almost turns gold from the gold metal flake in it. I saw the one at Carlisle but since it was overcast I could not tell how much metal flake was in the paint.

That's a nice green. I wonder what the significance of calling it "lime rock green". I go to lime rock all the time- i saw an "official BMW m5" it was painted Lime rock ORANGE! Maybe the green is in reference to "British racing green"?
