No teen mode on 2015 PDR

No teen mode on 2015 PDR
I just got my 2015 C7 last night and while the PDR does have a Valet mode it does not appear to have the rumored "Teen mode" that would automatically start when the vechile starts and still allow radio operation, etc (similar to a dash cam). If anyone has found this rumored teen mode (dash cam) setting please let me know.

I think there is some confusion on this thread. I am not suggesting I would let a teen drive my vette, I do not even have a teen child. I am saying there was a rumor of there being a mode on the PDR that would automatically record when the vechile starts and still allow the radio to operate. So it would behave similar to a dash cam. This mode was termed the "teen mode". The valet mode comes on when you start the car but also locks out the radio from working.
Here is the only reference I see to this rumored "teen mode".

I would be nice to make use of the PDR for times other than the track or when valeting. I know you can manually turn it on with two button pushes on the center console but it would be nice to be able to have it automatically come on each time the car starts if you wish to set it that way.
As far as I can tell this "teen mode" does not exist but I am just be missing where to set it.
