I'm posting these for PUGPROUD. He's an older gentleman and was having a hard time figuring out how to post photos, so I'm posting them for him. Here's what he had to say about his CG mods (emblems, script, and side molding):

I am going to send you 6 pictures of my C7,
"Gracie", in six emails...my computer does
not seem to want to send more than one at
a time. If you could post to thread looking
for opinions on rear script plus to CG pic
thread would appreciate. I painted the rear
script and chrome edging around flags. Also
because I have to park Gracie most days in
a public lot I painted a side molding and added
a painted script to protect against dings. I know
doing so may offend the sensibility of purists
but it gives me cold comfort that Gracie has
some level of protection. In the sun light you
can barely see the molding. Thank you ever so
much for your help...much appreciated.

All the best always.

Yep. When I read what he did, I expected to hate it. If you had to do it, then well done.

Lent car to one of my sons till weekend so will post pictures upon return. Purchased a custom STINGRAY badge (to see when detector not installed)and carbon fiber badge holder from www.gobadges.com , attached to dashboard with 3M double sided tape and then install or remove detector attached to suction bracket that came with the Valentine detector. I'll take pictures with detector both installed and removed.

HRE P104 Monoblock forged wheels from wheels boutique in miami, went up to 21x12.5 rear and 20x10 front. they have a website or you can search in general online. With wheels and pirelli sticky tires, titanium lugs and carbon fiber center inserts you're looking around 14K out the door.

Mine pictured on Page 12 has the carbon stinger stripe and looks good in person, carbon exposed roof as well with carbon mirrors and spoiler. I'm waiting on car to get back from hennessey performance, should be 10 to 12 days, then will post pics inside and out...I've got limited pics as they picked it next day it was delivered to the dealer.

Blendmount is just releasing a new mount for the C7 that will work with a variety of detectors. I have been waiting and just preordered.

Don't panic its not exactly what you may be thinking. Been using 3M automotive double sided tape only available at auto part supply stores for years on all surfaces both interior and exterior with no issues. When applying for a super grip or making it very easy to remove with no damage to surface simply use a hair dryer to heat the surface and tape or the item to be removed.

Forgot to add that when applying tape always clean surface with an alcohol swap and dry with hair dryer.

Maybe. Though it hasn't been an issue with past cars I've owned though I am religious about using a sun shade.
