No. Just no.

You lost me at "The rear of the C7 never really looked right to me".

Thanks for the effort of posting this. It gives us the opportunity to have a look at what is possible. Not that it's good or bad, it's just personal preference. Personally I don' care for it.

I hated the tail lights at first when I saw a rendering of them as well. I love them now. They actually match the rest of the car better than ROUNDS would have.

I think I like it, but would need to see in person. The rear of the stingray is not represented well in pics. First time I saw one in person, the rear looked different and better than the pics.

I "maybe" like it. I need to see more pics of it in better quality and from different angles.

I personally don't like the solid black of the rear plastic. I want to get mine painted the body color when I can get the money together. Are there any pics of the entire back black section painted the body color?

I'm 43 by the way.

Lol. Some of us still don't care for the C7 back end. It's not growing on me. This is the first vette generation that I haven't warmed up to the entire exterior.

Based on what I've seen in the non-C7 forums on this site, as well as a couple of other automotive enthusiast sites, most of those that hated it still hate it. Same thing goes for the front of the C6...those that hated it continued to hate it. GM made the front of the C6 look better with the Z06-style front end, so hopefully they can do something to help the rear of the C7.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I would have to see it in person to decide if I like it on the C7. I think the edges/angle where you paint the different colors is not sharp in enough on the Vette, so it may look like an afterthought.

I like it -- not better, but different in an aggressive way. I am 61 by the way.

Not bad I hope they restyle the rear soon. I like the lights but looks like they just said F it for the rest.

I think this would be a good compromise.

Not real. Just a photo chop.

I hate the looks, but there is only one person that needs to like it. There person paying for it is the only one that needs to like it
