Default ----------Curb Alert Pro $109.99 Black Friday Weekend Special---------

Brandmotion Authorized Dealer Pricing
for this weekend!!

Curb Alert Pro

Thanksgiving Day till end of Day on Cyber Monday 12/1

ONLY
$109.99!!

Adjustable warning distance from 8-28 inch curb distances
Sophisticated weather-proof single infra-red sensor design
Easy self-calibration to curb warning distance of your choice. Easy to re-set the calibration distance once installed without reinstallation
Draws 35 milliamps when activated
Auto shut-off 3 minutes after engine is turned off
Built-in sensor failure indicator
Sophisticated software programming eliminates “false alarms” from sunlight and random disturbances
Easy Installation
This kit is easy and flexible to install. We like to mount ours under the fascia, where it can't be seen.

Key Benefits:

Provides curb and parking sensor warnings for any vehicle and prevents expensive curb damage
Clever, first-of-its-kind solution to an everyday annoyance for all of us
Adjustable warning volume from low to high
Easy to install
Black sensor is unobtrusive and installs on the bottom of your bumper without drilling
Prevents embarrassing moments when your bumper or air spoiler hits a curb
Pays for itself the first time that curb damage is prevented
Easily removed from your vehicle with no after-marks
Weatherproof housing
With a Curb Alert PRO™ parking sensor, you'll no longer have to worry about damaging your vehicle's front bumper when pulling up to or leaving a curb, or approaching the end of a steep driveway. Using Infrared LED technology, the Curb Alert PRO™ curb sensor will reliably detect when you are getting too close to a curb and warn you with a short series of audible beeps, preventing expensive damage to your vehicle.

A completely new kind of parking aid, exclusive to Brandmotion
Curb Alert PRO™ is a patent-pending curb detection device that uses the latest in Infrared LED technology to determine the distance of your vehicle from a curb or other low obstacle. It sends out infrared waves that are analyzed by the system to determine how far your vehicle is from the curb. If it determines that your vehicle is dangerously close to the curb, it alerts you with an audible in-cabin tone to prevent damage to your front bumper, spoiler or valence panel. Housed within a weatherproof case to handle any weather conditions thrown at it. Curb Alert PRO™ is an invaluable and easily installed addition to any vehicle with a low front end, from a sports coupe to a hybrid.

No more embarrassing expensive parking lot “accidents”
It's happened to all of us. You pull up too close to a curb and you hear that ominous “SCRAAAAPE”. Sometimes, you'll remember to pull away slowly when you return and avoid further damage. But if you drive a sports car, or sports sedan, or any vehicle with a low front end (even a Prius, for example), you can “hook” your lower fascia and experience one of the worst automotive emotions possible – backing up and having the curb rip your lower valence panel or even your entire fascia from the car! It happens every day, to innocent drivers, which is exactly the core frustration for the Corvette owner and Curb Alert PRO™ inventor who approached us and asked us to help him commercialize his new invention. We thought it was clever, and useful. When we showed it to friends and family and the reaction was overwhelming – Why hasn't someone thought of this before!?

Then, we checked the vehicle online forums to see if people were talking about this problem. The response confirmed what our friends and family told us - this is a real problem and car owners are looking for a solution. See some of our findings for yourself (we were especially surprised to learn that the Prius – given its gentle image – has a pretty nasty curb damage problem!)

Default Curb Alert PRO

Does your Curb Alert PRO come with the proper terminations for installation
for the factory C7 Installation Video instructions? Will your unit work properly using the installation video instructions?

This is the same Curb Alert everyone sells from Brandmotion and no different
Same unit that normally is priced at a MAP of 159.99 but Brandmotion has given us permission to sell at this price for the weekend

So any instructions you find will be the same yes.

Perfect timing - thanks for posting!

Is this also known as the Curb Alert Mini or is it a different model?

The standard Curb Alert Mini must sense alternator voltage (greater than 13.2 volts) to turn on and will shut off automatically when it senses only battery voltage. The Curb Alert PRO turns on when it senses battery voltage (12.6 to 12.8 volts ) and will not turn off when installed according to the C7 Installation Video; that is since the power leads are installed underhood to leads that produce alternator voltage when the C7 is running and only battery voltage when the engine is off. So, the Curb Alert PRO will always remain on.

I'm confused. This is not the mini? Is it bad to have the pro remain on and drawing power?

The manufacturers website: http://www.brandmotion.com/curb-alert/curb-alert-1.html states the Curb Alert Pro has 3 minute auto shut-off.

sorry but you are wrong.
There is no issues with this on the C7 and it WILL turn off. Just read description and watch the video as it says this.

The MINI portion of this is the SIZE as the original CA was larger

We have installed these on a C7 before in our shop and assure you there is no issues you claim.

I have put these in about 50 cars myself and not one single issue with them

Please do not mess or interfere

Each and everyone one of these we installed we have connected to the fuse box with a mini add a fuse
C5 C6 C7
all the same way and not one single problem
Only 1 issue we have had on these on an install is the unit itself was sensing everything so we replaced out the module and problem solved

but not one dead battery

I ordered one as well. I know Glen e knows his stuff but the OP seems very adamant about the product. Hope he's right

My company, Vehicle Positioning, LLC developed, patented, and manufactures all Curb Alert models sold.

We have two models- the Curb Alert Mini and the Curb Alert PRO.

The Curb Alert Mini is designed to turn on when it senses alternator voltage above 13.2 volts and will turn off in 20 minutes when it senses only battery voltage of 12.6 to 12.8V. It only draws 35 milliamps when activated.

The Curb Alert PRO (developed for our distributor and labeled as a Professional Installation Model ) is basically the same unit except that it will turn on at battery voltage and will remain on as long as it is sensing battery voltage drawing 35 millamps constantly. It does not have an automatic shut off function in its programming since it is usually wired to an ignition circuit.

Both models provide very good curb damage protection. However, the Curb Alert PRO will slowly drain the battery during prolonged storage unless it is wired to an ignition circuit. It should not be installed following our C7 Installation Video Instructions which can be found on YouTube. My purpose with this reply is only to protect C7 owners from dead batteries during prolonged storage.

Which fuse box are you referring to, front or rear?

On the 2015 C7, it appears that the rear fuse box, fuse #37 (Front Acc Power Outlet), is switched on and off with ignition use. Does the CA Pro kit you provide have the proper fuse adapter to connect the red wire to fuse #37?
