Dan reached out to me with a beautiful Admiral Blue Grand Sport and was tired of cracking OEM wheels on the road courses! Between that and the brake dust burning through his stock wheel finish, he decided it was time for a pair of quality forged wheels!

The problems:

We talked about various options as there were some less expensive options; however, after seeing Forgeline's motorsports heritage, he decided, well... there was no decision. We talked through wheel styles and sizes at that point and last was finish options. He didn't want another black wheel, so I showed him the Graphite wheel and let him know that complimented the carbon fiber very well and if we went with satin, it would still have a sheen to it, but would hide the brake dust more! While the car will accept an 18x11 and 18x13, Dan chose to stick with the x12.5" rear so he didn't have to jack the rear up by the LCAs so the inner wheel barrel would clear them at full droop. (every time I hear that word, I'm taking back to Droopy LOL

This is a wheel I designed for my self, inspired by a set of wheels that I had previously; however, I wanted to IMO improve some things aesthetically, like the area around the hub, reuse of the OEM carbon caps, and my raised face profile to exaggerate the concavity. I need to get a video of them moving, because this feature really makes for some jaw dropping "chop"

My ZR1 wheels are the duoblock sytle, looking like a monoblock on the face with floating spokes over the lips and thus allowing you to do different colored barrels, hardware accents, etc! Mine were machined to reuse the OEM carbon ZR1 center caps too



And the finished product on mine is once again Black Ice! The color looks really good, dark in low light, gleam in sun shine and we'll be once again fitting these up in the super rare Pirell GT Nero 305/375s!



They're all done from black chroming and assembled and will be here tomorrow to mount up and rock out!!

Next up is Hugo's C7 Z06 making 1200whp, done by my friends down at JMS in TX! He ordered these brushed raw to have them color matched to the rest of his details and they turned out killer! He reached out to me looking for all purpose street/roll racing wheels so we did 19s with the anticipated R888Rs after his powder coater handled the color match. Cecil has been a great customer over the years, having started with his rowdy gen 2 CTS V coupe, onto his C7 Z06, and then lastly a Jag XKR. Here is a set I designed for Tony C's WEAPON-X.1200 Procharged C7 Z06 we did! Tony wanted something unique, so we did a split spoke, raised face profile in a duoblock which allows you to have the longer more concave spokes have a monoblock, but also gives you a lot more customization options with floating spokes over the register, hidden or exposed hardware (bolts around the flange where the two halves bolt together) and the option for a different colored inner barrel. To add more uniqueness to these, we actually brushed the faces and anodized them in black and had a satin clear on them for a really unique finish! I take great pride in our wheels from inception, to completion! So, if you guys want me to bring your idea to life, hit me up!

Shawn S entrusted us with his beautiful narrow body 2014 C7 Corvette, coming in with a 700whp ECS blower and cam build from another shop, which he was happy with overall. He just wanted us to do something wild and liked all we had going on, so we did the C7 Z06 widebody, the massively aggressive hood, WEAPON-X LT 427 sleeved block, WEAPON-X Big Valve Heads, F1X, 200 shot of nitrous, WEAPON-X Boost Freeze Chiller, G1Pro air to water manifold, and WEAPON-X SPI Kit fueling this ABSOLUTE MONSTER to 1308 WHP at 25 PSI on E72ish pump gas and 1450 WHP with spray! So naturally, he had to get some "Grade A" forged wheels to keep this power to the ground. That kind of power isn't something you trust to cast wheels or risk with the imported "forged" wheels. We went with the lovely Forgeline GA1Rs in a 19x10 and 19x13 with Toyo R888Rs! This car is a monster and Shawn couldn't be happier! Look for this beast to blister some half mile records in the coming year!

GS1-6 (One Piece Monoblock Series)
Based upon our original 5-lug GS1, the GS1-6 is a 6-lug street-friendly version of our extremely successful GS1R racing wheel that has carried many top-level professional road racing teams to victory! The Forgeline GS1-6 combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, and I-beamed spokes.
