Default C7 ZR1 concept

This is the first design try, can probably do better in time. Retractable rear spoiler with aero brake

I like it, except for the round tail lights. Those are "yesterday".

lol the C7 was unveiled over a year ago and we've seen tons of photos, magazine reviews, driver years, etc. yet renderings are still popping up with round tail-lights

1000% improvement including the taillights. At lease the designer of this car's *** end, had more than a straight edge in his box of drawing instruments.

Look at the front fender flairs without the black plastic spats. Again, a 1000% improvement.

The front fascia is awesome(except for the "fangs").

I am digging it. The one issue I have is that the rear humps near the rear hatch need to be better integrated. They don't look like they're functional or serve any purpose.

I like it, very appealing except the round tail lights. It doesn't go with the current configuration. Put the C7 lights back in and your car will be awesome. What happen to the rear top right where it rises up? Left side doesn't do that.
Thanks for sharing.

Love the front and the fenders, as well as the smoother integrated rear fender brake vent. Lower rear fascia is a good improvement and seems to allow for cooling air exhaust to be retained. Tail lights still need a little work for them to match.

Very well done.

way too much going on....My first thought was the Caddy they customized on 'Fast and Loud' last night....but, you get an A for your effort and time spent.

Front part is money....rear end not so much. Good effort though and much better than I could come up with.

Thanks for your comments, as several of you are suggesting to eliminate the round tail lights I will give it another try with something else for the tail lights.

I should post something new this weekend.

I prefer round or oval tail lights. It's the one ugly spot on the c7 in my opinion

Good start, now ditch the tail lights and use the cars design ques and do the back end again.
Other than that it looks really good!

Looks good except for the taillights. It's weird actually. The round taillights actually make the rear end look dated honestly.

Great rendering. Not going to touch the tail light thing, but the styling is great. Even if it were just a body kit, it would be worth it.

Cheers.

And what's with the boomerang lights on the front. They make the front end look dated honestly. So 1798ish Australian.

I don't get it. They look like the same C7 Stingray lights to me.

Cheers.

The point is that the C7 has the new taillights and it's part of the design. Why would a C7 ZR1 ditch the new design in favor of the dated C5 and C6 lights? They stick out like a sore thumb and make you think C6 instead of C7.
